- In Salesforce, go to the Reports tab and create a new report based on the Opportunity object.
- Apply Filters
- Show Me: All Opportunities
- Close Date: All Time
- Opportunity Status: Closed
- Probability: All
- Contract Start Date: Last 12 Months
- Add Report Fields
- Contract Start Date
- Revenue Movement Type
- Account Name
- Opportunity Name
- Revenue Movement Amount
- Group and Summarize
- Group by: Contract Start Month and Revenue Movement Type.
- Summarize: Total the Revenue Movement Amount.
- Final Report Output
- This report will give you a clear view of how Contracted ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) is changing through renewals. It will help you track whether contracts are growing, shrinking, or remaining flat over time.
