4.8.0 Dec 11th, 2024 (Implement Account Segmentation + Weighted Health Scores)

• Adds the ability to save different views of Accounts on the Home page.
• Enables the Gauge Report to be filtered by any Account picklist field.
• Implement a weight specifier for each Health Scoring rule to set the importance that each rule will have towards the score.

4.7.0 Nov 25th, 2024 (Implement Health Score v1 Feature)

• Enables a user to enable Account Heath Scoring in Gauge. If enabled, a scheduled job will run every day at 12am to update each Account Health Score.
• Adds a health score column to the Gauge Report, where a numeric indicator for the health of an Account can be viewed.
• When a cell in that column is that clicked, a modal giving the breakdown of each score that contributed to the final value of an Account Health Score.
• Adds a "Health Score Builder" setting where multiple rules can be added to contribute to an Account Health Score.
• Updates the "Last Updated" column of the Gauge Report to also included a formatted value for the Date, along with the number of days since sentiment activity.

• Adds a communication data column in the Gauge report that shows records and counts of inbound/outbound emails + calls within the last six months.
